SONORA MILLER
I am an artist, illustrator, and designer currently residing in Cleveland, OH. I was born and raised in Los Angeles and recently graduated from Colorado College with a degree in Studio Art.
I specialize in 2D works on paper, book arts, painting, and printmaking, as well as digital and print design. I have worked as a letterpress poster printer, a painter at an artisan children's furniture workshop, and a maker of handmade paper. I currently intern as a grant writer for a really wonderful nonprofit print shop, Zygote Press.
I am fascinated and influenced by the world around me: the natural sciences, including zoology and geology; stories from literature and history; and the gorgeous thrum of daily life.
